Pang Siu Yuin
Head Singapore National Youth Orchestra Before leaving Singapore to further her studies in music, Siu Yuin was the principal oboist with the Singapore Youth Orchestra and first prize winner of the 8th National Music Competition (Piano Open Section). After graduating with honours from Oberlin College, Conservatory of Music as a Piano Performance major, she went on to obtain a MBA from the University of Cincinnati extending her interests into arts administration. Subsequent exposure to the nonprofit and philanthropic landscape led her to public policy studies at the University of Chicago on a Packard Fellowship with an appointment as a research assistant with the University’s Cultural Policy Center. Siu Yuin’s professional experience extends into a variety of industries having worked at UBS Wealth Management, SwissLife and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. She is currently a Deputy Director with the Singapore Symphony Group heading the Singapore National Youth Orchestra. Siu Yuin remains an avid pianist and regularly performs in chamber music concerts. |
Yong Chih Ying
Partner YFK Public Accounting Corporation Ms Yong Chih Ying has helmed YFK PAC as the Managing Director since 2015. She started her career in Coopers & Lybrand, before joining the firm as a Partner in 1999. She has over 25 years of experience in audit and public accounting practice. Ms Yong adopts a very hands-on approach to analysing and understanding each client’s brief and ensures the necessary processes are in place for tasks to be completed accurately and in a timely fashion. |
Daniel Tan
Director CMS Holborn Asia Daniel leads the finance practice at CMS Holborn Asia. He has close to 20 years' experience advising international and domestic lenders and borrowers on a wide range of lending transactions in Singapore and internationally. He specialises in complex cross-border financing transactions including acquisition finance, structured lending, project finance, fund financing, reserve-based lending and trade finance. Daniel had primary responsibility for drafting the Asia-Pacific Loan Market Association's (APLMA) Singapore law recommended forms of Facility Agreement until January 2021, and was also the course co-ordinator of the Cross Border Transactions module on the Singapore Institute of Legal Education's (SILE) Part B Bar Course, from 2013 to 2020. |
